Answer: 5”x8" Landscape or Portrait format. High Resolution JPEG file. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer: Please allow 2 weeks for order delivery.

Answer: Yes, we offer a product satisfaction guarantee.

If you received a damaged product or are unhappy with your order, you may return it for a full refund.

Please send us a picture of your damaged product to receive a new print shipped out to you or a full refund. New product will ship within 2 weeks. Once approved, your refund should be received within 72 hours.
