We want you to be happy with your Stained Glass Photo purchase!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via our Contact Us page on our website immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of item) to arrange a refund or replacement.
If your item is received damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged item via our Contact Us page with your order number and information. We can either ship out a replacement item or refund your account for the amount of purchase.
Replacement items for damaged items will ship within two weeks from request.
If you are issued a refund, please contact us if you have not received your refund to your account within 72 hours.
